Carolina Counts Presentations

   Presented at the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) July 2012 Annual Convention.  Four universities (Emory, UC Berkley, UC San Francisco, and UNC) collaborated on this presentation to highlight different approaches to promote business practice improvement, operational excellence, and improved cost efficiencies.

   Presented June 2012 to UNC Joint Stakeholders Group, ConnectCarolina to propose a model to determine administrative staffing levels requiring full access to PeopleSoft (and potentially shared services centers or competency centers).
